I love her character traits, how innocent and ignorant she is about the outside world, funny how she still finds things to get confused over considering her age now but hey you can't just remove a character trait and expect everyone to be happy haha. I do admit after Mr Wright had a kid my heart sank a little as i enjoyed his and Mayas chemistry.

In the first game he seemed so pessimistic, like everything she did was childish and stupid, but he developped as a character, when pearl was introduced she kept pushing for them to get together and that's when we could see that Pheonix may like her childish attitude... when she wasn't running headlong into danger and dragging him with her of course haha.
I could always hear their tone in the text, like they were real people, whoever the writer is... they are phenomenal at their job.

And yes the writing in these games is so good ahhhh they make every "good" character lovable in their own way, and the "bad" guys are easy to dislike. So glad I finally tried out the games!!
