Its like he's covered in gliter. I LOVE the dotty shiny bits. (Even though i think that its unbalanced in places.) Have you tried non white dotting? Someone once told be putting tiny random amounts of dots in tight corners can really make a drawing/painting more organic looking.

I actually use mostly dotting to build my work. Non white dotting works if your using realism and realism color code to make highlights which I do not and don't intend to.
