After the previous escapades it seemed that Louis would not be stoped any time soon. Once again he started a new race and set the lap counter to 99 laps. Rouge was chosen and the race began. He didn't activate it right away but rather he made sure to hover off to a deserted and quiet part of the desert. Only now would he turn on the cheat, causing the screen to face to black and to return with Rogue tied up in a set of stone stocks, barefoot with her toes tied. Slowly a pair of feathers floated closer and closer until the inevitable happened.

Seems that Rogue is very ticklish, trying her hardest to curl her toes down to resist the tickling. Tears start to flow as Louis watches with smug glee.

So far it's only been 4/99 laps done, it's going to be a while isn't it?
