Gospel of Thomas -
Sounds like one of the apocryphal books which, tho rare, almost lost, that far out-number the canon * gospels..

* They themselves differ radically from each other, esp. John.

Yes, it is an Apocryphal book, and a quite delightful gem of wisdom. :-3

There is a wonderful, harmonic recording of this book that a blessed soul has shared with us on youtube @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vl6qjI0wWJw&t=1113s...

It is quite worth a listen-to. :-)

And yes, I hear you on the account of some of the "secret works of John". One of my personal favorites, however, from the Nag Hammadi Library, is The Thunder, Perfect Mind. That one is quite worth a read and can be found in its entirety here: http://gnosis.org/naghamm/thunder.html <3
