you're not alone... the autumn version of this work was deleted from several sites under the belief that the horse was a photograph, or a photograph filtered to look like a drawing. I've kept the graphite up for showing otherwise.

I got a Christmas card from a friend of mine which was a photo of this scene except with his horse. So it's not a unique idea, but man have you drawn it well. Mind you we don't have snow at Christmas around here, but I wish we did some times it makes for a magical background.

I returned in kind, with a card of a small light weight brightly coloured Christmas tree bauble hanging from my GSD's erection. I used a nice soft ribbon with a bow loosely tied so as not to hurt his precious member.

The possibilities in art with such things are endless, I look forward to seeing what next Christmas will hold from you. :) Of corse that means waiting 9 months to see it. However a lot of things take 9 months to be seen, like my new calves if my bull's done his job right. So it's all worth the wait.

Nah, he already had a very nice and large set of balls built in standard, as part of his factory fitted equipment. Anything else could never measure up. :)

Oh, well in that case; Yes, yes there were most definitely Christmas tree balls in the picture. They were even nice and shiny. It is the middle of summer here at Christmas, so there was no big fluffy warm winter coat to hide them from the world.
