So, one of my problems with my profile pic is the fact that I don't like how it looks. I'm much chubbier in real life..and it looks far too..well..sneaky for my liking. So I've decided to play around a touch with reworking things...this head is actually a bit too big. Though I managed to get the muzzle how I like it. I also have the eyes both facing forward (instead of to the side like in my user pic). I'm not sure how I do or do not like that...I'll try a variation where the muzzle is more of the head. Otherwise I had fun with the watercolor tool in Sai...and just tried filling in a fur pattern..
The ears are to the side cause its easy..technically I want the ears behind the head..and longer. Teeth are a bit comically big...but eh, I've learned that at least.
Should probably slender the head down a touch more...eyes are in about the perfect area though..also its hard to make a decent smile when the bottom lip is hid like that..but..I think the eyes help give away he's smiling.
Looking at the picture more while I type thing...I'm startin to see the shape pick up better, I should probably spend some time shading it..might help slightly..who knows. Nose is also a touch on the wrong side..should be a furred nose, I did it like it is because..well..I wanted to be able to see the darn thing and know where it was while I was drawing..and kept it by accident :)
