Alec is a prodigy Double Battler, yet ironically does rather poorly in the Pokemorph-only school that he has attended, tending to get anywhere between C- and B- in most classes due to being very VERY bad at standardized tests. this has also gotten him into trouble with finding a college that will take him in, despite the great marks on the battling portion of his grades.
often pairing with Status-Laying Support pokemon, he'll often confuse and trick enemies with the various Pollen Puffs he pulls from his hair, some healing, some explosive. his only major weakness is that his severe weakness to Poison and Steel attacks, and how he has a hard time dealing with special-based attacks. it's the main reason he keeps Protect in his set.
unrelated to battling, he's also quite a bit of a doormat, caring more often than not about others than himself, which quite frequently leads him getting roped into situations he'd rather not be a part of...luckily he's never had an arrest because of it, but he has gotten into deep trouble for being naked in public once because someone had stolen his clothes after being dared to skinnydip.
