Apparently Trevor's laptop has detected a security or random issue and has acted upon it with cable and mouse coiling. Maybe he needs to update his system or adjust his security. Perhaps a computer savvy person will come by and fix it for him (and definitely not take advantage of those tangled paws...). x3
