Kami/Lillie Kiss

Character Design Commission
set default image size: small | medium | wide
Playing Pokemon moon, something happened and I imagined my trainer kissing lillie for no reason???

I hate myself for drawing this, my bad. :P

I age up characters because I, myself, am not 11 and couldn't imagine running around in my mind as a 23 year old with an 11 year old girl. :P

All the smooches!!

Still sad in the lack of color clothes choice :u then again I'd be dressed up like team flare.

X/Y had some realllllly good clothing, imo. I liked all the black and white pattern stuff (for the girls at least) in this game, though, so I went with that. Probably gonna save up money for those REALLY expensive clothing items in the first island's mall. lmao

Honestly, with all the character models being proportionate this time around, relative height makes it hard for me to think you're running around with 11 year olds in the game anyway. I know they specifically had the age people go out on their Pokemon journeys higher for Unova. Maybe since this region is also based on an American territory the higher age is also in effect in canon anyway? Then again, your character is said to be from Kanto originally. Then again again, the whole island challenge pomp and circumstance certainly seems to have even more of a rite to adulthood thing going on than the gym challenges. And I'm thinking way too much about this...

Umm... uh, yeah, that Lillie sure was set up as Waifu bait, that's for sure. How far are you in the game? Milestone-wise, to avoid spoilers.

I remember somewhere along the line they specifically say someone (be it you, Lillie, or Hau ((assuming they're all near the same ages)) is 11 years old at the time. I'm pretty sure it's your own character but I may have remembered it wrong or somethin.

I beat the E4 stuff while I was in the car on a trip to Indiana over the weekend, actually! I took the XP share off once my Pokemon were around lvl 45~50 and through the E4 I was wishing I hadn't because it got seriously crazy tough haha

While the abundance of Lillie/Moon breaks my heart a bit (probably cuz I'm a guy and grew to fall in love with Lillie over the course of the plot, so I'm probably just a wee bit jelly), I actually like this since it's more personalized. It feels less like "Moon" and more like it's your own character, if that makes any kind of sense.

That was def more of the point. I always kinda felt the character I play be more personal than just the "normal" character.

And that's what I enjoy about the games gen 6 onwards. The character customization allows you to feel more like you playing as yourself rather than as a default. I truly felt like I was a part of the Pokemon world when playing through Sun and Moon's story (minus my character always smiling, which the complete opposite of me, irl), especially with how much I helped Lillie find her calling in life. That immersion into the story really left a heartwarming and lasting impression on me I never thought any game would.

Right, the customization is my favorite thing from X/Y and S/M. These recent games felt a lot better, more immersive, and a hella lot more story driven than others. I think they were really nice. :D
