Another pic I drew following the 'Bart's Nightmare' style pics I have drawn. I decided to use Hugo (Bart's Siamese Twin from one of the 'Treehouse of Horrors' episodes) as the ticklee this time. Capturing his twin (and making sure he stays quiet with a little duct tape), Hugo decides to have some fun (at Bart's expense), giving his brother a ticklish torture. Keeping in mind that this is a nightmare, it's easy to guess that Bart won't be escaping and Hugo won't be stopping.
