Is firm in his belief of justice and does anything to keep the peace. He doesn't like stupid laws though.
He's gentle towars animals, pokémon, and everyone he considers a friend.

Likes: Pokémon, Digimon, Transformers, video games, anime, cartoons, manga, comics, tv shows, animals, super heroes, beautiful furries (doesn't matter what gender they are).
Dislikes: His rival Mr Z, villains, terrorists, idiots, and not being in control.
Background/History
Actual name unknown even to him, Cyborg-Lucario was once a just a Lucario that was taken by an evil organization and turned into a cyborg to fight for them. Luckily he escaped before the brainwashing process.
He now spends his life fighting crime and evil, though sometimes he just sits at home and plays some games and watch some movies.

Body
His body is made of a titanium mixture to make him strong and resistible to anything and is covered with faux fur. The visor on his helmet allows him to look through internet and databases.
