A belated Halloween request for supersonicfa. What he requested was much simpler, but what he got was more complex than intended.Not sure I can manage background pieces for simple requests in future; takes a long time to do! Also included are a first WIP and the original sketch which got green-lit.

Minor update: Corrections to the tread pattern on foreground floor and more darker/more saturated skyline.
