He is know as the Beglar officer, A member of the Human confederation, leading a small squadron, always with a messy look and old and torn apart jacket.
His squadron usually is the frontline of who knows what planet is on war at any given momment, your chances to survive under his command is one of the lowest of them all, and no one is willingly to ask why and how. He does his job and usually ends up doing some extra cause the 12K gang sends assassing from time to time. The story begin the tattoo on his chest or his "arm" I will leave it for another momment.
