Kung Fu Punching Bag
I just felt like drawing an otter with an Otter Pop.

I've never actually had Otter Pops. I'm not sure they were available where I grew up. Instead, I had Fla-Vor-Ice, which I think is just the same. According to Wikipedia, they're similar, and Otter Pops was a competing brand until they were acquired by Jelsert, the makers of Fla-Vor-Ice.

Looks pretty close to an Otter Pop otter, only with a proper otter tail, just the way it otter be.

I think part of the appeal of Otter Pops is that each flavor has its own otter mascot, although, in the course of saving money, each of the individual pops' packaging now only has three of the characters (which three varies according to pop) that you just about need a magnifying glass to see them.  The otters were better represented in the past.

The main ones are Alexander the Grape, Li'l Orphan Orange, Louie-Bloo Raspberry, Poncho Punch, Sir Isaac Lime, and Strawberry Short Kook.  A really early one that never took off was Rip Van Lemon and Scarlet O'Cherry seems to have been a drink mix-only otter.  All of which you would already have learned from Wikipedia. :/
