Finn: I ate a whole school of fish for breakfast! ilbv: oh yikes! I kinda ate him. ilbv: eek! well...I mean...that’s what sharks do... Finn: We can be shameless cannibals at times ;) ilbv: ^^ well the only that can eat sharks in my opinion are bigger sharks, or Orcas and Dragons, but that’s about it. Finn: Ah yes.. Really gotta watch out for those orcas... ilbv: Pike is bigger than Talon, he keeps him in check. Pike is both super snuggly and protective, but also a mirthless dominating type predator. He is super affectionate when he wants to be while Talon is rarely affectionate but does care about me enough to keep me safe from Danger. I Love my Aquatic Guardians <3 Finn: Good. You'll probably need em. ;) I'll probably see you as any other prey. Well, right now anyway. ilbv: w-well....I mean I am....Sharks do see me as a prey...easy to trick, easy to catch, easy to eat, but I mean...if you’re not a mindless eating machine...I may be at least able to survive long enough to get to know you and...perhaps you wouldn't want to hurt me. Finn: I'm a mindless glutton quite often. My feral side can really get the best of me at times.. So my feral form is kinda obese because of it. Hopefully you'd manage to catch my more.. er.. intelligent less gluttonous side. Then you'd have a chance of mercy. ilbv: well I have it right now don’t I? Finn: You do. :P ilbv: *smiles shyly* so um...where are we? I take it you’re in the water...and where am I? Finn: On a boat maybe? ilbv: sounds about right. what kind of boat? Finn: Maybe a little rowboat x) ilbv: *bites my lip* I...I guess that works. A-are we alone in the water? J-just you and me? Finn: *Bumps my stomach against the boat and looks around* Don't see anyone else. :P Looks like I have you to myself here. ilbv: *smiles shyly as the large great white tiger shark slid under the boat and popped up on the other side* Finn: -Holds onto your boat and looks inside- I did enjoy this chat of ours. It's surprising a little human would have so many predatory protectors. ilbv: why do you say that? Our chat is over? *watches you loom up and out of the water a little as you look in at me and hold the boat* Finn: *I grin and tilt the boat a bit with my stomach. Tilting it closer to my face. My muzzle breathing down on you some more as I tilt your boat a little more with my gut* Would hate for you to get stuck at sea.. ilbv: yeah, that would be....awful Finn: *Smacks my chomps and presses my weight down on your boat. Lowering my head and opening my jaws wide at the bottom.* ilbv: c-careful, or you’ll break the boat, then I'll really be in trouble! Finn: *Gives another snort and points into my mouth* How about you slide on in. Let’s not make this harder than it needs to be. ilbv: b-but...all those teeth! Finn: *Lifts and tilts the boat a bit more. Opening wide... Just my nose and throat visible now beneath you..* ilbv: No-n-no! No!!! H-help!!!! Finn: *Catches you on my wide tongue and grunts.. keeping my throat open wide* ilbv: *Talon zooms through the ocean and in an explosion of water and wood, he slides up your body and flips the creaking boat backwards off of your front and opening his own jaws he clamps down on one of my feet and drags me off your tongue, unintentionally giving you a good taste and flips me over his head where I flop into the water beside him, he puts a fin out, keeping me back, looking at you he raises an eyeridge* Funny, I don't seem to remember meeting you at the Shark gathering. Finn: *Widens my eyes and splashes onto my back in surprise. An explosion of wood and water blinding me for a second. Giving him enough time to tug you free... With another splash I recover and give the shark an angry snort of mist* That was my dinner orca chow. Give it back! ilbv: Orca chow? *Talon roars with laughter* Finn: *Raises an eye. Seeing his own gullet behind those jagged laughing jaws.* ilbv: That is too funny. *Talon wipes away a tear, then points a fin at you sharply* Listen Bruce, while I respect the whole Shark/Human diet, this little guy right here has a family, and you can't just take him away from his family without permission. What if I had plans on making him lunch today hmm? And by making him lunch, I literally mean catching him fish to eat. Finn: *Glares at and frowns toothily* He has a family huh? What makes him yours to eat?! How about I eat yo- *Blinks and pauses for a second* Wait.. you what? ilbv: Well tuna can, I happen to be one of his Guardian's, the name is Talon, maybe you've heard of me. *balls a fin* This might be open water, but I'm taking him back to my territory, and trust me, you don't want to enter that water a stranger. Finn: *Widens my eyes* Talon. I've heard that name before.. He told me about you! Look I .. figured you were someone else.. *Crosses my fins* To be honest I probably wouldn't have harmed him anyway. I was just.. er.. hungry..* I sink a bit. Not quite so aggressive looking now.* ilbv: Riiiight. *Talon sinks under the water and lifts me onto his back and flaps a fin* you can swim along now, get out of my sight before I decide to make you MY lunch! *I rub Talon's head* Tal...come on, you don’t have to mean. *Talon looks up at me* Oh I'm sorry, would you like me to just dump you here and swim off? I’m sure Chum face here will take good care of you *growls* Okay...okay I admit that yes, he was about to eat me and I didn;t know if it was like how you guys do it or not, so I was scared yes, but before that he was really sweet and nice to talk to, I feel like he really is a nice guy. Finn: *Bites lip and watches the two talk.* ilbv: *Talon grits his teeth* “ilbv, you are never careful, you always risk your life when you meet new guys and we don't want anything to happen to you.” *raises an eyebrow* “Talon are you being soft?” *Talon sinks under the water and lifts me up again on his nose, I hug onto it but his jaws are right under me* “Excuse you?” “N-nothing...” “That is what I thought.” “C-can I come down now?” “No.” Finn: *Slurps up a fish and continues to watch the two. Learning quite a bit about em in the process.* ilbv: “Can he at least come with us?” “No.” “Why?” “Because he tried to eat you.” “WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO TO ME RIGHT NOW?” “Shut up, I own you. I can do whatever I want with you.” *pushes off his snout and falls into the water. Talon snorts and blows mist, chuckling to himself. I come up for air and tread water, a huge great white in front of me and a big Tiger-white a little distance away* “I must be completely out of my mind swimming with 2 huge sharks.” *puts my hands on Talon's nose and looks at him* “come on bud, please...” Finn: Would drift slowly around. Keeping my distance from your protector. Not quite sure if I could take on a full blooded great white.. I continue to observe. ilbv: *Talon looks over at you and rolls his eyes grunting* What do you want snap trap? *I look at you too, wondering what you were pondering* Finn: *Narrows my eyes in response to his aggressive tone and smacks my lips a bit. My teeth poking out some.* Oh nothing. You've got an interesting relationship with that little morsel. *I give an amused little smile* :P ilbv: *Talon growls and swims in front of me, lifting up in the water showing you how much bigger he actually was* Yeah well its none of your business, now wipe that hungry look off your face. *Talon growls, showing you his own massive sharp fangs and teeth* Finn: Finn licks over his gums and swims up to Talon. Almost equal in size due to his width. “I'm a hungry creature. I didn't get this large from just floating around..” He gives a snort and looks at the fellow shark nose to nose.. ilbv: Talon looks up and down at you, impressed by your guts but also annoyed by your attitude. “Well you won’t be having any additions to it here, now are you going to leave peacefully or do I have to knock your teeth out?” Finn: Oh the human would be safe around me. I'm just not to sure about YOU fish sticks. *Grinds his fangs together and looks his opponent in the eyes. Quite territorial now~ *..Maybe I'll have a meal after all. *He narrows his eyes at* ilbv: Talon lifts out of the water slightly and narrows his eyes . He is a huge Shark and messing with him would not be a good idea as he never loses. He is a Top Predator for a reason. “I don't play that way Fin Soup, so stand down, or you're going to get a wicked chomp.” Finn: Of course Finn was much too proud to back down.. Sharks in general were prideful creatures. If what Talon said was true, Finn could probably be in big trouble... He cracks open his jaws and prepares to go one on one with the other shark. The situation could very well end with someone inside the other... ilbv: GUYSSSSSS!!!! *I swim between the two sharks and put my hands out* What is with you!? You guys are the same size and you’re both Sharks!!! Come on! Seriously, you shouldn’t be fighting! You’re on the same team, in the same species! *Talon roars, he is hugely pissed* “ I could have bitten your hand off! WHAT were you thinking coming between two sharks!?” Finn: PFFFT! Same species my butt! He doesn't even have any tiger in him! *Snaps my jaws at the water and crosses my fins. Sending some bubbles flying.* ilbv: *Talon smirks,* I have before, he was delicious. Finn: I didn't mean it like tha- Hey! Grr I'll show you!! ilbv: *back to Talon, facing you, both hands up* Seriously what is the problem here? Finn: *Backs off once again. Not wanting to hurt the little human* “I'm not sure.. My every instinct is telling me to eat your friend there.” *Bites my lip and calms some.* ilbv: *Talon puffs out his nostrils*, I don’t know what part of the ocean you come from, but where I come from Sharks respect each other, we follow honor and code, we defend our own, and we drive away those who refuse to obey the rules. Finn: Closes his eyes and nods ...”Perhaps we came off to a bad start. Neither of us want's to harm the human. I think that much is clear now. I could have chomped him back at the boat.” Points his head down some and frowns. Poking his fangs out, “Look, I'm sorry for trying to devour both of you. Would have kept me fed for a while but.. Yeah. I regret it.” ilbv: *Talon rolls his eyes and scoops me up in a fin, lifting me onto his head.* “Save it, I honestly don't believe you.” *swims off at an annoyed pace. I look back and watch you then I rub Talon's head* “one chance?” *Talon keeps swimming and mutters* “If you want some food, there is some at the camp.” “Thanks Talon, now it’s up to him if he wants to follow or not.” “I hate sharing my food.” “You’re doing a kind thing.” “He doesn’t deserve it.” “so, be the better shark then.” “I am the better shark.” “Just because you’re one of the bigger Great Whites doesn't mean anything.” “Bigger, faster, smarter, stronger, thank you very much.” “yes yes, all those things.” “is he following or what, I don't even care to look.” “Can't you feel and smell his presence and the shifts in the water?” “Yes, but I'm choosing to ignore them, I just want to hear you say it.” *looks back to see what's out there* Finn: *Sure enough the wide tiger white would be following close behind. Appreciative of the rumor of a food offering..* ilbv: He's coming. “Figured, guy that size couldn't pass up a free meal.” “Hey, that’s not very nice. If I recall you once had a ravenous hunger too, kind of miss those days.” “Those days haven’t gone anywhere, they are just tame right now.” Finn:* Flares his nostrils back there and gives a sniff. Smelling the feast at the nearing camp already.* ilbv: *Talon took me to the now useless dock since the boat was smashed, I hopped off his back and walked onto the deck and down to the camp fire that I had left burning.* “You should never leave a fire unattended you know.” “Well how was I supposed to know I'd be paddleless and almost Shark Bait?” “You are always shark bait.” “You are impossible.” “I still don’t know why you bothered to bring that boat in the first place, you have me.” “Oh I know, and now you’re all I got.” “And don’t you forget it.” Finn: Swims up to the dock and leans up against it, resting my flippers on and giving the fire and food a big sniff ..Ahh~... ilbv: Talon, already resting against the dock looks you up and down again. “Haven't eaten all day I take it.” *his tone is civil but untrusting. I go into my tent to pull out the large cooler. Opening it I pull out several large fish and season and begin to roast them. “I'll take mine raw.” “Sure thing big guy”, wheels the cooler to the edge of the docks side, Talon opens his jaws and I pour the rest of the cooler's contents of fish onto his tongue. Then I look at you. “You want some too big guy?”* gestures at the tent* “I’ve got a few more coolers.” Finn: You have no idea, Talon. Feel like I'm gonna starve to death! *I pat my side* Hey Ilbv, I'll take some of those cooked ones if you don't mind. *I smack my chops and rest beside the fire, the yellow glow reflecting off my front.* ilbv: no problem. *Cooks off a few dozen more and one by one toss them at your jaws.* Finn: Snaps over em and loudly gulps down each one. Slapping my gut lightly as they slide inside. ilbv: cooks some fish for myself and sits down to eat them. Finn: Scoops over some more fish and relaxes on the dock. Opening wide and lowering one fish after another into my gullet.. ilbv: smiles as both Sharks eat happily. Finn: Wet chewing and gulping noises ilbv: stands and stretches Finn: Finishes after a few minutes and pats my plump stomach, giving a noisy belch ilbv: Better? Finn: You bet. Now that is what I call shark food~ ilbv: Well I’ll see you sharks later ^^ *crawls into my tent and gets into my pyjamas. Talon looks over at you.* “So, now that you’ve had your meal, are you going to leave?” Finn: Something tells me you wouldn't want me sticking around and eating all your food. *I rest my head on my fin* Not to mention the risk of future dominance struggles..*Belches again and yawns* ilbv: Talon rolls his eyes. “I can catch as much food as I want to, how do you think there are all those coolers full of fish, I caught them for him. What interests me is, why are you still sticking around?” Finn: Well, I was hungry. I can assure you I'll be gone by morning. Perhaps there is more to eat down the coast. ilbv: Whatever salmon head, *swims off to his beach cove resting place.* Finn: Gives a grunt and rolls back into the sea. Making myself comfy beneath the dock. ilbv: I sleep comfy in my sleeping pack, Talon sleeps lightly. Glad to know you're doing well too. ilbv: *pets you* Hope you and Talon didn’t fight Finn: -Nudges lightly- Can't say have. Well, nothing too bad anyway. ilbv: That’s good ^^ you know that the two of you to me are mega sweethearts right? Finn: Oh I wouldn't say that! I mean, I almost ingested you~ x) ilbv: True....but...before, when we were just talking. I really enjoyed your company. Finn: -Wraps a fin around and scritches your head-It was pretty pleasant huh? Guess my instincts got the better of me. ilbv: Yeah, and even so, I’m sure if you and Talon warm up to each other, he might come to like you. Finn: Perhaps.. I mean, I guess it's possible. We pissed each other off pretty good. ilbv: He was mad cause you were trying to eat me, then because you were being smart with him, how come you were mad at him? Finn: I didn't know you were his at first. To be honest I figured he was gonna take you for himself. ilbv: He might have, but the two of us were just having a camping vacation together. He wanted me on his outside. Finn: -Grunts and gives a nod- I'm typically a nice guy. Just don't expect me to suck up to anyone easily.
