Done mostly for the sake of testing my improvement, and practicing my painting skills :3 I may offer "painting" commissions in the future, not sure how much people care for works like this though.
Wow, that's a huge improvement o.o And the old version was already cute! This is a really emotional piece, the blues and greens and the painted effect really add to it, and poor Chibi just looks so upset. >: Just wanna pick her up and hug her forever and ever. Awesome work though, it really plays on the emotions.

I hate seeing someone cry-- Life should be filled with joy! (It is written that the greatest way to praise God is to make joyful noises...)
Your artwork is very good-- If I was able to afford it, I'd commission you for a squirrel girl or a leptictidium girl... Life on a fixed income sucks- Being disabled for life sucks. :P

I love how everything about the pose indicates a state of emotional vulnerability. How she has drawn her arms and feet up forward to protect herself, cradling her face in her hands. I for one absolutely love the shading, and how diligently you've rendered all her hair and fur. The edges aren't merely edges, they're being used as an extension of the texture. The universal blue-green color makes her appear withdrawn, as if she's hiding. She seems to be alone in the corner of a room devoid of warmth. Most people don't look that cute when they cry in real life, but you've managed to make her both genuine and adorable.
She makes me want to cry, too :(
