During traveling the Mojave desert, you can meet Cazador, one of the most dangerous creatures of New Vegas surroundings..If you see any specimen of those terryfing insect, you should turn back and quietly, go far away. If you don't have so much luck and you got spotted, and even worse, you haven't got good armor and weapon, you are dead. Be sure if single Cazador see you, it's gonna call its friends to kill you faster. Unlike many other creatures living on Mojave deserts, which were deformed by extreme radiation, Cazadores are products of genetic enginnering. Once pepsis wasp, dangerous only to tarantulas, now mutated into flying death, destroying any life, which comes into range of its long, sharp sting...

Enough description I hope it helped to immerse into ambience of New Vegas, in my opinion the best game in Fallout 3D generation. It outperform both fallout 3 and 4. Everything in those development is great: story, old west spirit, the city, the sides of the conflict, a clashes to reach hegemony over the Nevada and finaly enemies. Cazadores are my favorite, and one of the most tough enemies in this game. In my opinion also are well suited to this game. It's pure pleasure to watch these insects in their natural habitat of Mojave desert. Its also makes cazador more epic, tthat they are based on real species of pepsis wasp, which live in West Side of USA. In this artwork I tried to contain two issues which I adore: The New Vegas ambient, and oldstyle invertebrate engravings. When I visit library I always browse old enthomology books. Of course it contains a lot of interesting information about insect biology , but for me the most precious contents of those books is hand-drawn engravings of insect morphology. I'm fascinated, how people, without using computer were able to create, beutiful, detailed, but still clear engravings of insects and many other invertebrates taxons. I tried to mimic this style in this artwork. I've never tried to draw insects before, it was very hard task to me, but I must admit, that I love to draw this way.
