This is a somewhat new character, but really one that I've developed before but didn't have a name for until now.
Her name is Moxina (Moxie) Selabay. She is the mother of Choco and despite her appearance, is actually a girl with a very rough life that she never took for granted. She was 15 when she had Choco, which didn't come from her getting pregnant by a hit and run, but more so she was witnessing the destruction of Domekoya City by the Intruders and wanted to have a child who she would raise to put them in thier place and watch over the city. She often lived on the streets and did everything to take care of him and the city, but that sense of protection gave her..well...the moxie to show the Intruders that the Koya are not a group to be messed with. Even when she ends up extremely wealthy years later, she still prefers the whole "life on the edge" way of doing things, and often goes around with her best friend Salsa (Mildra's daughter) trying to steal diamonds from an illegal bank the Intruders stole from Minnie, all while running a huge Vegas like casino in her spare time and helping Choco with mayoral duties.
1. Even in Starmaninja, being a 15 year old mother is extremely uncommon, but in the right circumstances, they may have a child that young. The absolute youngest a Starmaninjian can have a baby is 8 years old though. Keep in mind, Starmaninjians can reproduce asexually, so they don't need to be inseminated to have a baby. Insemination just increases the genetic diversity of their child from birth.
2. Her strange last name kind of plays off the word "Sell" which relates to money and Celebi, the pokemon that revolves around luck. Despite the fact that she's incredibly unlucky, the name just really fit her nature. This is pure trivia though, as she has nothing to do with the pokemon at all. (In fact, it was a smart phone game that inspired her and the name "Selabay" sounded like something a 1920s accent would say.)
