It kinda looks like the Ribombee is wearing a skirt, and the white part under is panties. Upskirt.
Is it necessarily that? No because she's not wearing clothes, but I figured i'd tag it anyways. :p

Oh well, I was thinking more of the Toadette design where the white part isn't "panties" in those rare cases of that specific design choice.
