That's sort of hard to answer since it would depend on how many a person would be getting. ^^; If you were to take the number that you've done above though as an example I would probably say around 5 per icon so 40 per the lot. That would also depend on the size and detail you're putting into them.
For example, if you only did the icons at a 256 x 256 size, the detail wouldn't exactly have to be there so 40 for bundle of 8 would be appropriate I feel. However, if you were to go up to 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024 for example you might consider raising your price slightly as more detail work would have to be put into them.
It's mostly about how much you feel your time is worth though. What I've said is my opinion based on the furry market but you may not feel the same so make sure you consider what you think is fair. ^^
