, they're his characters and i really wanted to draw both of them when i had seen them. at first I was going to draw just Lulu but after seeing Vance, I decided to do both of them together with Lulu riding Vance, however i couldn't really think of a setting for them or a story for that matter however vance is suppose to live in a place called Black Sea City so this would be his place. anyway enough rambling, enjoy ^w^
