Here is everyone's favorite Gen II Penitatas wearing an outfit we haven't seen before.
Since it's awkward to fight in a t-shirt and short shorts, Silk the Hedgehog make her a super heroes style outfit.
The outfit is tough and will not tear easily and built to make Mindy faster with striking, dodging, and the future ability of flight (an ability Virtuoso had when she was alive). Can you see a pattern with Mindy?
This is the first time since my own B-day pic that I even touched the HTF Bases I had saved.
Base belongs to it's rightful maker (been about a year since I last used it)
