High Magazine Low Recoil... something I thought up while at work as Jacque's refined primary weapon of choice. It uses twin-island technology to constantly regenerate ammunition so long as it is not overheated. Jacque wields two of these, and over the course of the game, improves these to be a lot more powerful.

I suppose that I'll work on Ays's weapon next to detail it out a bit more.

This is actually my first time detailing and drawing a gun, so i don't know if i can pull off something as good as this again. I'd love to hear the idea, but i wouldn't be able to sit down and doodle until i get done attempting to draw a rifle... x3;

Well, it really depends on the tech level you're aiming for. Personally, I'm a fan of railguns, so...got a few ideas for them X3

This is a rather awesome design. Guns were never something I understood how to draw.

Given it regenerates ammunition and is upgraded, I feel I have to ask if the Hymn is a plasma weapon. I also feel I should question why a self-reloading weapon needs a magazine.

Finally, this is just based on a quick gander at the design and description, but would I be correct in assuming they're semi-automatic?

It has a magazine so that the cartridge alone can be tossed out in case of malfunction, rather than tossing the whole weapon. It's a lot more likely to, as it's not exactly as refined as the weapon that uses it.

And yes, they are semi-auto
