Last night I wanted to draw an owl. Today I started drawing an owl/creature thing. I don't know what it is or what it's supposed to be. I guess it's kinda like griffon without wings. I dunno, but she's gonna be one of my new characters. lol
This really only took me about an hour. I kinda want to do more with it, but I just felt like doing something really fast. Details weren't really important to me while I did this. It was mainly the idea that I really liked.
Nicely done! Anyone startled by an owl would say that those birds are unleaded nightmare fuel - especially if you hear a screech owl or barn owl right over your head. This creature gives me the heebie-jeebies, but I haven't yet figured out why. I also wonder how "Guardian of the Souls" describes her - is she a keeper of the paths Beyond The Veil, making sure that none try to find their way back?
