Is this pure chiptune? The drums have such a high fidelity that I have trouble believing them as noise waves. The reverbarated pulse waves are nice, indeed, and sound believable, as you can use extensions to make the echo effect by doubling the notes in another channel. It resembles Castlevania, like Mizuhiro said. You did a good job in the counterpoint at 1:10. I really like this all, but I would suggest toning down the drums, to put more emphasis on the melody.
