Hahaha.  Yes.   I found that at the airshow and thought how appropriate it was for the garage.

Expensive prices you got there.
MooseJam

If only things were much more simpler the prices wouldn't be so...

I could see those for a shop that specialized in exotic autos and stuff, but not for domestic autos and other domestic stuff.

It's possible the prices are a bit much but I would expect them to be higher at shops that specialize in the exotics due to parts and labor being so specialized.

well, when I went to get my rear drum brakes worked on, the total price came to $320 and that included shoes, brake cylinders for both rear brakes, drum housing for both rear brakes, and everything else that could be fixed for rear drum brakes.

That sounds about right.

and that's why I'm making sure my next car has disc brakes all around.

no drum brakes from my next car onwards.

DIY and the cost is much less.  Discs are simpler and costs less to do.

I'm not a DIY with cars and the shop i take my car to uses fair honest pricing.
MooseJam

Haha...understood.   At least the place you take it to are straight shooters.  Discs are easier to do and should be cheaper to repair.
crescentmoonwolf

yup the shop i go to charges $150 per set flat fair.
