He wanted to be wearing just underpants. And also it was a good excuse to try playing Bob Ross and doing some nice landscapes. The story of why this guy is here shirtless and pantless and all blushy is up to your imagination.
Maybe in the other side of the camera there is a lot of people, doing picnics, he wanted to swim in that (probably) cold water (he doesn't care about the wheater of the water, he has a lot of fur), and now he's shy people can judge him. Haha I don't know!!! That usually happens to me, I love swimming, but I'm very shy people see me shirtless, and I hate to swim with shirt.....
