Offer (Art / $$$) to adopt. If I feel like i'm offered to much ill propose some compensation, the more you offer the more I'm willing to do (tattoos etc etc)
I have an idea of the general range that I'd like to propose for this, but I'm not sure what you generally take and what you generally give more for. Bleh, reminds me of Animal Crossing. Mind giving me a general idea? If not, I'll just make my offer.

Hm, well it usually depends on what the person is willing/capable to pay and what they want/how well I've completed the adopt as it is on purchase/pre discussion.
Usually they are above $8 and below $25. I can't really state any price that makes me "do more" it's kinda like, I take in what they want included and propose a price based on what they have stated
(lets say you say: I would like some orange dress on her and am willing to pay $15, then I might be like okay that seems fair enough, but lets say you say: I would give $8, but can you add a tattoo of a butterfly with "magical" sparkles trailing it and have her wear some "punk clothing" I'd be like: that sounds really unreasonable.)
I hope that helps? xD, it's not like if you say, at max I'm willing to buy it for $50 and Ill be just like, well okay 50 it is... no, I will say something like, I think $25 would be fine, unless you'd like to tip me. I just try to be fair to consumer and myself, usually I get underpayed for the amount of time involved, so either way they are in an advantage kinda.

As for payment: Of course (Granted, that's about what I'd pay for a base/reference sheet from a number of artists, the extra bits are the icing on the cake for me. Plus I have other artists do various clothes or just lack clothes in other commissions, so I only really need bodily details).
As for details:
Rose tattoo: Something like this with the rose bloom being on her left thigh (our right) just below the hip, with the stem trailing down to just above her knee (remaining on the side of her leg). The bloom obviously doesn't need to be in such exact detail, and I'd like the leaves near the bud, but not along the stem.
