Kobi brings the night, some call him Dusk, others call him the Dreamweaver. He brings dreams or nightmares to mortals, dishing them out as he sees fit, his flight across the sky brings night or day.
Personality
He's generally an evenly tempered fellow, but he can be hell when roused.

Body
Kobi's wings change with the sky...when it is cloudy, so are his wings...when it is sunny they reflect that. Sunsets and Sunrises are all shown in his wings. His markings change with the phases of the moon.
Clothing
Kobi wears minimal clothing, occasionally he'll be seen in a loincloth or a robe, but typically has no need for such things
Accessories
Kobi keeps his dark staff/scythe Nightweaver with him at all times.
