It is a little less than 3 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the top of its hair. The faux snow is stuck on with scenic glue and it has glitter mixed in it to be like ice crystals in the snow! There's actually a lot more of the glitter in it than the camera can catch but check out the video turn around and you might be able to get a better idea for it.
