Located in the middle of the Reserve District, which is at the Northwestern corner of Diegoltun city it's just a stones throw away from the riverside harbor and beach. The starting point of Capri's, Lily's, North's and Yuki's story as well as the workplace of Bacon, Chris, Lotus and Salsa, it's ideal for the first location to set the game in. With 8 rooms a floor and 6 stories, it has around 40 rooms, since the ground floor rooms have been converted into a laundry, kitchen, show hall and spa. The spa has a sauna and massage therapy room as well as a Jacuzzi and mini pool. The rooms are quite small but the space is well managed. The building used to be a manor house belonging to a land lord who owned the Diegoltun Road suburban area. However nowadays that area is a quarry called Colbotan Pits with the only remaining part of the suburbs is the portion that makes up the Reserve District. The elevator used to go down to an underground cave system but due to blasting in the quarry it has since collapsed. The Sunnyview may be south facing but it gets its name from a mysterious warm glowing light that appears around dawn in West Diegol Forest, which is directly across the river from the beech and harbor. It can't be seen at ground level but it can be seen from the hotel because it's on a raised piece of land. Salsa runs the hotel, Bacon runs the reception desk, Chris cleans the rooms and Lotus provides massages. Due to the spa and beech it's popular with older generations and being close to Diegoltun Road it's often a stopping point for people coming from and going to Olrit. Being sat between the Eastgate golf course and the Sky District it's often a popular choice for townspeople who want to get away from it all for a while. Whatever the situation, it's a cornerstone of the community and much loved and protected by the people.
