About a year ago, I had the worst art block of my life.
Every time I tried to draw, animate, sculpt and all the other artsy fartsy things I do, I was unable to bring myself to do it.
Finally I came up with a solution.
Quick fire drawings.
They usually don't take more then 5 minutes to draw, and gets the creative juices flowing.
Just walk up to someone and tell them the name an animal. Once they've named one, tell them to name another one.
Once they have done that draw a spliced version of the two animals that were named.
I suppose one problem is sometimes you get two animals that are too similar to splice. I once had someone name the first animal as frog, and the second as a toad.
...
not really much of a difference there.
