I think there's something really pleasing about adding blue in particular. It's some sort of bridging contrast. Like, purple is obviously pretty adjacent (or represented) in her colours, but I've always had a weakness for the blue/orange pairing. Plus, she gets to have some Dashing going on, which is always nice!
