You know..there are some people who are just born flying. They rise off the ground as if they're weightless. They glide through the clouds and hardly seem to take notice below. There are also those that carry the world's weight on their shoulders and hardly look up at all. The weight keeps their heads down.
There is a saying that the kindest hearts can turn to the most villainous of intentions. I..however also believe that those who say they are the worst of us are no less worthy of being the most beautiful souls.
Some people say they're too old to do things. Too young to do things. Too naive, too untalented, too unworthy. They take away all their chances whether they are soaring in the air or limping on the ground. Now and again..we need each other to come along. To look up, to look down, to reach out and balance one another out. We can't hide from how wonderful we are, and how much better we can become. We can't say THIS is the way things are and be done with it. We have so much more life to live, I promise you.
Be kind to yourself tonight. Try and rest easy. Don't just dream..let yourself dream..
