Personality
unlike her cousin Lilac who has a strong image, Parma does what she wants and doesn't care how she looks. Not afraid to get her hands dirty she can be pretty rough and ready and full of energy. She pretends to be arrogant and mean but in reality she's a kind soul. Often acting first and thinking about how she's hurt other people's feelings later she can dwell on things a little. Secretly she's very shy and puts on a bravado to get by. Very kind and understanding though not really that deep she likes to be shoulder to cry on even if she doesn't know what to do when she gets into that situation. Secretly honest and loyal she is often the voice of reason even though she often doesn't have a plan of action. She may act like she's untouchable but when she goes home she often takes some time on her own to cry. However every so often she can have a bright spark and know just how to act to settle a social dilemma. Very excitable at times she often makes little sense but she's lovably stupid.
Background/History
Parma lives in her cousin Lilac's house but and attends the local school in Hamlet. She's also friends with Chariot and Hammer and together they make the Hip Heifers.

World/Setting
The Boviverse is a world full of colorful cows, some can fly, some use magic and others are in tune with the earth. Having a generally medieval theme with many elements of fantasy it does have the occasional modern item. There are many dangerous things in the world but the Bovies live happily in a world fueled by neighborly love. However that's not always the case as people are bound to have conflicts sometimes but overall they work together as one big community.
