Just another little fanart that I made not too long ago. A tribute to the real hero of the Commonwealth. This little guy makes my adventures through a nuclear holocaust a lot more enjoyable.

German Shepherd dogs are incredibly difficult to draw. I encountered a number of challenges with this drawing, starting with drawing a quad canine, his fur pattern and the background. Something I am aware I didn't get quite right is his body shape. He looks like a cartoon wolf, rather than having the characteristic GSD shape.

Regardless, it was a lot of fun. I think I'll go play some more now. Those super Mutants aren't going to kill themselves (well... they kind of do sometimes, lol).

Dogmeat really does make the game worthwhile, doesn't he? Such a trustworthy and bad-ass companion to have while scouring the Wasteland! 8D

This piece actually looks fine, considering the difficulties you had in getting that Gshep body design just right. I think this picture has lots of charm and appeal. ;) Plus no way can anyone deny an awesome sheppy companion! <3

Indeed, Dogmeat makes the game much more enjoyable. You simply can't say no to him, even when he just brings you a rusty pipe pistol.

I'm glad you had fun drawing Dogmeat, I think he came out really cool. I love the look on his face. I feel the same way about working with Shadow on the Dead to Rights series. You did a great job on the scenery as well:)

I know, looking back comparatively the graphics and game play left some things to be desired, but that's 2000's technology for you! Shadow is what literally made the series for me too. I remember wanting the first game just because of Shadow. I was so excited to fight side by side with him and I was so excited and elated when he survived with Jack:) Dead to Rights Retribution had great graphics and was a well thought out game though. I do remember at the time thinking the graphics were amazing in the intro videos on the first two games. By the way, your welcome, keep up the great drawing!

As much I didn't get what I expected from Fallout 4, I very much love that you get dogmeat from the red rocket, make him a vulpine and that redrocket would be taken to the bed room.
