I went ahead and left the toy gunsword the same. The pose kind of revolves around the weapon and a skirt from a different outfit was added.
The uncolored version shows different steps of completion on the outfit and possibly how the character would look clothed in fur the way some cartoon animal people are. (Though in her case that would either be non-canon or a concield fur patch.)
