xD it's just the way it's rendered :P. It's the same if I where to spam like a ton of comments. At least no matter if it's a page full of them or not I don't get a seizure from it, like seriously some icons with all flashy lights, or rapid frames/ un-smooth loops, omg they drive me insane.

I think it depends on the loading time of the page. I reloaded few times and it had different delays and few times - no delays XD But mostly has no delays for me on IB, on deviantArt however... not a chance of sync (facepalm)

Yeah inkbunny is usually the smoothest :p~ mostly the only difference is between profile page and comments (where all comments loop the same) just load order I think.
