You mean Elethea? She would have fought next to FireDragons before, yes. I've organised it as a whole world so there are some species that do engage in combat (it's not Venkat vs Venkat or anything like that). But if everyone was like Chani and Desmond then what they have would be less special.

But if everyone lived like them then everything would be the same. The concept of being happy would change. I love writing the characters being happy, but it's more meaningful to have context on why they appreciate their happiness.
