Wrote the spell in a way it could've been written in the episode, though was never shown in detail. The card's info says:

Continuous Spell
Once per turn: You can target 1 card on the field whose effect is affecting the Level, ATK, DEF, Attribute, and/or Effect of a "My Little Pony" monster(s); destroy that target, and if you do, all monsters that were affected by the destroyed card's effect gain 800 ATK. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card effect: That card's effect becomes "Target 1 card you control, except this card; negate that target's effects." There must be a face-up "My Little Pony Starlight Glimmer" on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.
