Said Match Snatcher opened and stealing magical energy. Though it wasn't called this in the movie, or any name for that matter, I gave it a fitting name based on its functionality. The card's info says:

Equip only to "My Little Pony Knowledgeable Twilight Sparkle" or "My Little Pony Archfiend Twilight Sparkle". "Canterlot Wondercolts Portal" cannot be activated, or negate its effects if it is already face-up on the field. During each player's Standby Phase: Put 1 Magic Counter on this card. While this card has 5 or more Magic Counters on it, it cannot be destroyed by card effects.
