Oh i see. I just looked up the wiki on her, and seems the original few versions of her were just regular women in a cheetah outfit.

Yep this modern furry version of her seem to make more sense, with enhanced speed and strength to keep up with Wonder Boob's powers. :P

Pretty much haha! The rest DO look more catlike, but the lustice league version was the only real time so far she was more cat than human I think.
