Two characters from Kim Possible, a show about a teenage girl who fights crime. The younger brothers of the main character, Kim, are a pair of twins. They're Jim and Tim and they were extremely easy to mix up when you were a kid. Something happened with the possibilities being that one of Kim's villains got to them in a bad way, or one of their inventions went wrong, or they just fell down some stairs. How they ended up like this matters little, because they're stuck like this anyway. Jim's gotta use the potty but Tim is trying to keep him composed as best he can because they need to head to class. If he ends up going in class with that thing on his person, no doubt people will hear it (and smell it later too). All he has to do is hold it for an hour. After all, it's not totally obvious what's under their pants at all. The diaper boys are truly hidden in plain sight.
