Character Description
Harvey the Otter, younger twin brother of Harold the Otter. (Harold the Otter is owned by SesshaXIII SesshaXIII , The drawer of these pictures though I did some few edits.)
They are both 19 and attend the same college. They live in the college dorms in the same room and both twins are very inseperable.
However both are doing different courses in college, Harold is taking Art while Harvey is taking Writing/English. There goal together is to potentionally do a book/comic together with Harold doing the art and Harvey writing the story and dialouge.
Currently, both are them are doing well in there subjects but neither do any clubs/activities over then there subjects.
There family lives on the other side of town in a district that's purely residental with only things like corner shops which are rare by themselves.
The college they live on is very large but in the center of a street filled with houses, so leaving the college gates would make you face a row of houses and on either side of the college is a row of houses.
However this street is just a side street to a road that leads directly into the heart of town, making the walk to town centre is not even a 5 minute walk.
The centre of town has many places such as a mall, a large indoor concert hall, an outside shopping section that surronds the mall that's filled with stuff like cafe's, clothe shops and even things like gaming shops. There is even a large arcade and the beach is also very close by. Just a small distance away from the mall is a very large tower too, the town's landmark. On the coast of the beach there are things like a water park, piers and an amusment park that is very large considering the town itself isn't very large.

Personality
He is a happy Otter but has not a lot of confidence in himself but tries to make up for it with a happy go lucky attitude. He is also dependent of others and get's easily attatched. He can also be very naive.

Background/History
Grew up with workaholic parents, so the twins had to raise themselves together for the most part. Due to this, they became extremely close to the point it creeps some out.

He lives in a modern semi anthro world. It's extremely similar to our world but there aren't any humans and wars are more rare.

He has brown fur and blue eyes, apart from this he is a very typical looking Otter.
