I think any recreated scene from Tron would be most excellent! With themes that are more adult, perhaps some sort of scene where he's electrically bound to a wall, there's this helmet with a visor that is uploading erotic imagery to an overload point that he's orgasming paws-free? Or he's on a lightcycle that is more designed to stimulate? Or he's in that prison in the ground where the guards walk around overhead, and he's being "tortured" with the electrostaffs that the wardens have? I could go on and on and on with ideas, but that's how my mind works. #^_^#
