Character Sheet for Drour and Clory
Meet the parents of Tia and Jalka.
Drour is the big one, Works as a security consultant, spends spare time keeping a 7 dan black belt in karate and being head coach at a dojo. Keeps the house clean and the vegetables growing.
Clory is the wiry one. Codes very small libraries to compress stuff extremely well, spends spare time maintaining ancient timbered houses. Does the cooking and decorating.
The girls just have to try to keep up.
Drour looks slow, but is just applying economy of motion. Gestures a lot. Knows how to get comfortable on any kind of seating and still look in charge, keeping any conversation going.
Clory will be sitting on the edge of any seating, very still, watching for potential conflicts and making sure they get resolved.
They both like excelling at what they do, of course, and being role models for the girls.
They also enjoy participating in the life of their close-knit neighborhood, both moving seamlessly from the womens' circles to the mens' and irreparably confusing some folks.
They don't like having to pay for the girls to get cloned so often, but are not trying to restrict their movements since they judge that they learn important lessons from the experiences.
Drour and Clory met during the installation of the space elevator and decided to build a family. Sources disagree on what genders, if any, they originally had, but it seems that both have been capable of bearing a child at some time.
What is certain is that they are now both agender and live asexually, freely explaining that they find sex to be irrelevant to their bonding.
Two daughters, Tia and Jalka. Also various parents, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews, enough to fill their garden for the annual party.
Drour - 190 cm, 150 kg, soft in outline, bit of a pot belly but mostly just large with lots of buried muscle.
Clory - 154 cm, 47 kg, wiry of course. Face a bit sharply featured for a panda.
Anything they want.
At home, often nothing at all, They've got fur for warmth, and nothing under it to hide.
