I had a customer today that was very upset that we didn't have cold brew iced coffee - even after we assured her that we sell it faster than we can make it.

I used to work in a place that sold espresso and the like, and yeah, people definitely get very... confused/offended when we would run out of something. We once had a girl who started to raise her voice in the most hurt tone, then tear up visibly, when we told her the espresso machine was out of order. She did not know what to do with herself.
