Actually, would you believe both brony commissions I got involve Twilight Sparkle? She is the everyman or straight man in Equestria, heh. I was surprised I didn't get more Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, not like I can't draw them. Takes me like 2 minutes to pop open a reference for colors, cutie mark, and small details like eyes and mane.
But, yeah, Twilight Sparkle is basically the Powerpuff Girl Blossom as a pony. She's confident and kind, bookish, nerdy, and has a strong tsundere tendency when her patience finally evaporates, but she's good at heart.
