Even though Sharon is a retired ninja, she is always ready for action despite the bullet close to her heart.

Page 1: Sharon Hyperia Shadowpaw in her old ninja outfit with modern alterations.  She loses the ninja shoes and doesn't wear bracers anymore, plus changed her tights the shortest option possible without being in her panties.  The knee brace is there to keep her artificial knee from acting up.  She also retains Kashina's former symbol signifying she graduated from Kashina's ninja training.

Page 2: Sharon Hyperia Shadowpaw in her ninja outfit, but colored up like the Paladin ninjas which she technically is (makes this about five including the Pussyfoot spies of Gloria and Ho-Sook).  Even the knee brace changes colors to match the Paladin's colors.

Page 3: Sharon Hyperia Shadowpaw sheds her outfit showing what she wears under her outfit.  This is mostly done for seduction (It's a common Kunoichi technique for extracting info)

Page 4: Sharon wearing her natural fur.  She has large breasts and often uses them in playful taunting of her sister who is not so blessed (Sharon gets it from her mother's side *or was it father's side* and Kashina gets it from her father's side *or was it mother's side*)  This is the outfit (or lack thereof) when she is having sex to extract info from people (She wears street clothes when she does this so people won't know she is a ninja.)  She abandons her brace when not in her ninja outfit.

Now Sharon is an honorary member of the Táborozós being she is related to Kashina by blood.  This means she is the older sister of Konnor and Tiberius (the son that the Hokage is loves the most and is grooming to take his place.  This was one reason Konnor turned into a pervert and left)

EDIT: Fixed the collar on the first pic which is actually her ninja headband for consistency.
