A long over due requests for someone on fa i decided to go with his first idea and use electric coils to tickle torment his pichu character donnie. The coils are of a Neutral charge so they will torture the hell outta the little pichu with no damage to him.

the lever is for the electricity 1= lowest tickle 10= highest tickle the nob is for the brushes to tickle in his poor defenseless pits. the button below that activates the hands and the 3 buttons below that selects the target I- Sides II- Tummy III- they'll come out from behind to help tickle his feet
