A long over due requests for someone on fa i decided to go with his first idea and use electric coils to tickle torment his pichu character donnie. The coils are of a Neutral charge so they will torture the hell outta the little pichu with no damage to him.
Hes trapped on a specialized table which is hanging from the ceiling. it has mechanical hands and spining brushes on the sides of his head and his sides that are activated when the console is messed with
the lever is for the electricity 1= lowest tickle 10= highest tickle the nob is for the brushes to tickle in his poor defenseless pits. the button below that activates the hands and the 3 buttons below that selects the target I- Sides II- Tummy III- they'll come out from behind to help tickle his feet
